She is the founder and CEO of Taxpro Of Tampa / TaxPro Advisory Group – a financial service company dedicated to providing comprehensive tax planning and compliance for small businesses and individuals. She has an unwavering commitment to developing, implementing, and monitoring strong internal accounting controls and sound financial procedures & processes.
Professionally, her areas of expertise include accounting, audit, corporate & individual tax preparation, client write-up, payroll processing, payroll & sales tax filing, and financial statement development. Before this, she was a partner at a CPA firm on Wall Street, NY, for over six years.
Michelle has a proven track record of taking significant change initiatives with a deep sense of urgency to improve the tax and financial system of underperforming companies. As a reputable financial consultant, her commitment to empowering and redefining entrepreneurs and businesses is unwavering. She has helped small companies in different industries/sectors make brilliant decisions by delivering comprehensible business and management procedures and managing their financial transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. She went on to obtain her Master of Science in Law (JSM) from the U.S. & International Tax & Financial Services in. She blends her education and extensive career experience to develop the right business start-up strategy for each client. Michelle believes in projecting the best in everything she does.

Michelle is a successful serial entrepreneur. Michelle has been a provider since 2017 for the State of Florida, owning three residential rehabilitation facilities for intellectually disabled adults. In Nov 2024, Michelle opened the first woman and minority-owned Keke’s Breakfast Café in Odessa, FL to name some of her endeavors. Michelle moved to Tampa Bay in 2010. Michelle has two adult children and two grandchildren. Michelle enjoys traveling as her interest.

With a strong background in tax compliance and administrative support, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely tax services while maintaining the efficiency of office operations. She holds a degree in business administration, which has provided a solid foundation. Shiwanda is proficient in using various tax software, including Drake, allowing her to streamline the tax preparation process and offer valuable insights to clients on potential deductions and credits.
In addition to tax preparation, Shiwanda excels in office management tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing client correspondence, and maintaining organized filing systems. Her exceptional communication skills ensure clients feel informed and supported throughout the tax preparation. Shiwanda is committed to providing high-quality service and fostering long-term relationships with clients. Outside of work, she enjoys her time with family; Shiwanda has nine children and lost one of her boys to gun violence and eight grandchildren, which helps her maintain a well-rounded and balanced life. Desiree is a highly organized and proactive Personal & Administrative Assistant with six years of experience providing exceptional support to executives and teams. She has a background in Management, which equips her with the skills necessary to handle a diverse range of administrative tasks.
